Digital products

All Lean Ledger products are digital downloads (PDF and spreadsheet files). You get your download link by email right after checkout.

Refunds

Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded.

We will refund you in full if: your download link doesn't work and we can't fix it within 3 business days; you were charged twice for the same order; or you bought the wrong edition (men's or women's) and contact us within 14 days, in which case we'll send the right one instead.

How to ask

Reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days of purchase with your order number and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
